Member Login Instructions
To serve you better, we are rolling out a new online experience for membership and ticket purchases, event and class registration, with an updated member portal.Â
If you have transacted with us before, you have a current online account:Â
You will be required to change your password by following these simple steps (please note that your current user name is the email address associated with your account).Â
*Login tip. If your membership account includes the names of two members, the membership is linked to only one email address in our new system. If you're having trouble, try using the other email address for access.
- Click Member Login in top menu
- Select âForgot Passwordâ
- A window pops up. Enter the email associated with your account in both boxes. Click âSubmitâ. You will receive an email to this address with the subject Chicago Botanic Garden - Reset Your Web Store PasswordÂ
In the email, click on âReset my Passwordâ - On the Change Password page that pops up, enter your email address as your username and create a new password. Password requirements: One numeric character, a minimum length of seven characters, and one uppercase and lowercase alphabetic charactersÂ
- Click âChange Passwordâ
- An onscreen confirmation message will appear; then click âContinue to Login Pageâ. On the Member Portal Login Page, enter your email and new password
If you are a current member and have not created an online account, follow these simple steps:
- Click Member Login in top menu
- Select âCreate Accountâ
- Enter your new Member ID and the Last Name on your membership account
- Create a username and password
- Review your Name and Address and confirm your password
- Provide your phone number and your email address
- Click âCreate Accountâ
